GT Asia Limited, a registered company in Hong Kong, has been in operation for over three years.  GT Asia's first project was working with Swire Properties Limited on the recently completed One Island East Tower in Hong Kong.  One Island East was a ground breaking, owner-led implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) that resulted in substantial cost and time savings on the project.

Since then, a number of other Hong Kong owners and developers have joined Swire Properties in coming to GT Asia with challenging Building Lifecycle Information Management technology transfer consulting projects.
