San Li Tun 北京三里屯项目

The San Li Tun project, approximately 300,000 square meters of hotels, retail space, theaters, and a variety of additional public open spaces, is located on two separate sites in a popular entertainment district in Beijing, China.

Kengo Kuma and Associates (Japan) and Oval partnerships (Hong Kong) desgined the master plan for San Li Tun. The project was close to completion when Swire acquired the entire development in 2007. Currently, major refit and upgrade works are being conducted to get the project ready in time for the 2008 Beijng Olympics.

GT joined the San Li Tun project after refit and upgrade works began, in the spring of 2007. GT created a BIM model of the current built conditions to help the design team coordinate and simulate the design and construction of the many new and retrofitted additions.
