City Plaza Hotel 城市花园酒店

City Plaza Hotel (CPH), also called Hotel East, is a luxury hotel development by Swire Properties Limited in Tai Koo Shing, Quarry Bay, near the One Island East office tower on Hong Kong Island. This area has been a focus point for Swire’s developments, with several office towers, residential projects, and the City Plaza Shopping Mall recently built.

The project is a 14,050 square meter, 32-story hotel tower (with 336 guest rooms and 7 suites), with a foot bridge connecting to the City Plaza Shopping Mall. Other facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, gym room, and Sky Lounge with extraordinary views.

After tender, the owner chose GT to provide training, support, and technology transfer to the main contractor, who was responsible for the production of the construction BIM model. Several GT Asia staff are permanently engaged on the project, working directly with the contractor on a daily basis.
